We at Think Nutrition appreciate that every person is unique. Varying lifestyles, environment, age and genetic make-up mean that our nutritional needs also vary greatly. Our goals for health and well being which is why there is not one eating plan or diet to suit everyone. Some general guidelines can apply to everyone but as we are all individual, our diets should reflect that.
